  1. Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Step 2: In a small bowl, mix ground turmeric, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Pat salmon fillets dry, then rub the spice mixture evenly over the top of each fillet.
  3. Step 3: Whisk together lemon juice, honey, and water in a small bowl. Brush half the glaze over the salmon. Bake for 12 minutes until salmon is opaque and flakes easily. Brush with remaining glaze during the last 3 minutes of cooking.
