Turmeric-Glazed Salmon Fillets

Ingredients
- 4 (6 oz each), skin-on salmon fillets
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp ground turmeric
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp water
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Step 2: In a small bowl, mix ground turmeric, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Pat salmon fillets dry, then rub the spice mixture evenly over the top of each fillet.
- Step 3: Whisk together lemon juice, honey, and water in a small bowl. Brush half the glaze over the salmon. Bake for 12 minutes until salmon is opaque and flakes easily. Brush with remaining glaze during the last 3 minutes of cooking.
