Ingredients
- 4 cups mixed baby greens
- 1/4 cup, chopped fresh basil
- 2 tbsp, chopped fresh mint
- 2 tbsp, chopped fresh dill
- 1/2 cup, halved cherry tomatoes
- 1/2, thinly sliced cucumber
- 3 tbsp lemon vinaigrette
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Step 1: In a large bowl, combine mixed baby greens, chopped basil, mint, dill, halved cherry tomatoes, and sliced cucumber.
- Step 2: Whisk together lemon vinaigrette, salt, and black pepper until emulsified.
