Zucchini and Cucumber Herb Dip

Ingredients
- 2 medium, grated zucchini
- 1 medium, grated cucumber
- 1/4 cup, mashed avocado
- 1/4 cup, chopped fresh dill
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Step 1: Place grated zucchini and cucumber in a clean kitchen towel. Squeeze firmly for 10 minutes to remove excess liquid, then transfer to a bowl.
- Step 2: Add mashed avocado, chopped dill, lime juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to the bowl. Mix thoroughly until fully combined and smooth.
- Step 3: Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld. Stir well before serving.
