Air-Fried Chicken Thighs with Garlic and Thyme

Ingredients
- 8 pieces (1.5 lbs) skin-on chicken thighs
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 minced garlic cloves
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Step 1: Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels. In a small bowl, combine 2 tbsp olive oil, 4 minced garlic cloves, 1 tsp dried thyme, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp black pepper.
- Step 2: Rub the mixture evenly over all chicken thighs, coating each piece thoroughly.
- Step 3: Place thighs skin-side up in the air fryer basket in a single layer with space between each piece.
- Step 4: Air fry at 375°F for 20 minutes, then flip and air fry for 10 minutes more until skin is golden and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
