  1. Step 1: Pat 6 oz salmon fillet dry with paper towels, then rub 1 tbsp orange zest, 1 tsp lemon juice, and 1/2 tsp paprika evenly over both sides.
  2. Step 2: Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and add a thin layer of oil. Place salmon skin-side down and cook for 4 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Step 3: Flip salmon and cook for 3 more minutes until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C) and the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  4. Step 4: While fish cooks, finely dice 1/4 cup cucumber and chop 1 tbsp fresh dill, mixing with 2 tbsp plain yogurt to create a cool sauce.
  5. Step 5: Serve fish immediately with a dollop of cucumber-dill sauce on the side, drizzling any pan juices over the top.
