- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 slices, chopped smoked bacon
- 1 tbsp, chopped fresh chives
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 6-cup muffin tin with cooking spray.
- Step 2: In a medium bowl, whisk 6 large eggs until smooth. Stir in 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese, 2 chopped smoked bacon slices, 1 tbsp chopped fresh chives, 1/4 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp black pepper.
- Step 3: Divide the egg mixture evenly into the greased muffin cups, filling each 3/4 full.
