- 4 (6 oz each, 180g total) haddock fillets
- 1 medium, thinly sliced lemon
- 2 tbsp, chopped fresh thyme
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place 4 haddock fillets in a baking dish.
- Step 2: Arrange 1 thinly sliced lemon over the fillets, then sprinkle with 2 tbsp chopped fresh thyme, 2 tbsp olive oil, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp black pepper.
