Ingredients
- 4 (6 oz each) salmon fillet
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves, minced garlic
- 1, thinly sliced lemon
- 1 tbsp, chopped fresh dill
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F and lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.
- Step 2: Place 4 salmon fillets in the baking dish and drizzle with 2 tbsp olive oil.
- Step 3: Sprinkle 2 minced garlic cloves, 1 lemon thinly sliced, 1 tbsp fresh dill, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp black pepper evenly over the salmon.
- Step 4: Bake for 12-15 minutes until salmon is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
