Canned Peach and Yogurt Parfait with Granola

Ingredients
- 1 (15 oz) can, drained canned peach slices
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup granola
- 1 tbsp honey
- 4, finely chopped fresh mint leaves
Instructions
- Step 1: Drain 1 (15 oz) can peach slices thoroughly, reserving 2 tbsp of syrup for later use. Arrange 1/3 of the drained peaches in the bottom of a glass or bowl.
- Step 2: Layer 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt over the peaches, then sprinkle 1/4 cup granola evenly on top. Drizzle with 1 tbsp honey and 1 tsp reserved syrup, then add another 1/3 of the peaches.
- Step 3: Repeat the layers once more: 1/3 cup yogurt, 1/4 cup granola, and 1 tsp reserved syrup. Top with the final 1/3 of peaches and the remaining 1/4 cup granola.
- Step 4: Gently press the top layer with the back of a spoon to settle the granola, then sprinkle with 4 finely chopped fresh mint leaves for a vibrant finish. Chill for 15 minutes before serving to let flavors meld.
