Cinnamon-Spiced Baked Pears with Almonds

Ingredients
- 4, halved and cored pears
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup, sliced almonds
- 1 tbsp, melted coconut oil
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F. Arrange 4 halved, cored pears cut-side up in a baking dish.
- Step 2: Drizzle 1 tbsp melted coconut oil over pears, then sprinkle 1/2 tsp cinnamon and 1/4 cup sliced almonds evenly over each pear half.
- Step 3: Bake for 30 minutes, or until pears are tender when pierced with a fork and edges are golden brown.
