  1. Step 1: In a small bowl, whisk together 30ml extra-virgin olive oil, 15ml fresh lemon juice, and 5ml chopped fresh dill until emulsified; season with a pinch of salt and a few grinds of black pepper.
  2. Step 2: In a large bowl, combine 120g thinly sliced radishes and 80g arugula, then pour the vinaigrette over and toss gently until evenly coated.
  3. Step 3: Divide the salad between plates, sprinkle 10g toasted pine nuts and 20g crumbled feta cheese over the top, and serve immediately.
