Citrus-Glazed Salmon with Dill and Lemon Zest

Ingredients
- 2 (6 oz each) salmon fillets
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/2 tsp fresh dill
- 1/2 tsp lemon zest
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp fresh dill
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Step 2: Whisk together 2 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp honey, 1/2 tsp chopped dill, 1/2 tsp lemon zest, 1/4 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp black pepper in a small bowl.
- Step 3: Place salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Brush each fillet evenly with the citrus-honey glaze.
- Step 4: Bake for 12-15 minutes until salmon is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
- Step 5: Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle with 2 tbsp fresh dill and extra lemon zest. Let rest for 2 minutes before serving.
