Crisp-Topped Baked Salmon with Dill Sauce

Ingredients
- 2 (6 oz each) salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup panko bread crumbs
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh dill
- 1 medium lemon
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt dill sauce ingredients
- 1 tbsp chopped dill
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat salmon fillets dry and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Season with 1/4 tsp salt and place lemon slices on top of each fillet.
- Step 2: In a small bowl, mix 1/4 cup panko bread crumbs, 2 tbsp chopped fresh dill, 1 tbsp lemon zest, and 1 tbsp olive oil. Sprinkle evenly over salmon fillets.
- Step 3: Bake for 12-15 minutes until salmon is cooked through and the topping is golden brown. Remove lemon slices.
- Step 4: While salmon bakes, whisk together 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt, 1 tbsp chopped dill, 1 tsp lemon juice, and a pinch of salt to make the sauce.
- Step 5: Serve salmon with a dollop of dill sauce on the side, accompanied by steamed vegetables or salad.
