Ingredients
- 14 oz extra-firm tofu
- 3 tbsp soy sauce

- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 cups broccoli
- 1 cup bell peppers
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic

- Step 3: In the same skillet, add 1 tsp sesame oil, minced garlic, and stir-fry broccoli and bell peppers for 5 minutes until crisp-tender.
- Step 4: Whisk soy sauce, honey, and rice vinegar in a bowl. Pour sauce over vegetables, cook for 1 minute until glossy, then return tofu to skillet. Toss to coat evenly. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve immediately.
