Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 6-cup muffin tin with cooking spray.
- Step 2: Cook 8 oz ground pork sausage in a skillet over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until browned and crumbled, breaking it into small pieces with a spoon.
