Cucumber-Yogurt Salad with Fresh Dill

- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 3 tbsp chopped fresh dill
- 1/4 cup finely diced red onion
- 1 tbsp lemon juice

- 1/8 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Step 1: In a medium bowl, combine 2 peeled and thinly sliced medium cucumbers, 1/4 cup finely diced red onion, and 3 tbsp chopped fresh dill.
- Step 2: Whisk together 1 cup plain yogurt, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1/4 tsp salt, and 1/8 tsp black pepper until smooth. Pour over cucumber mixture and toss gently until evenly coated.
