Fresh Dill Chicken with Cherry Tomatoes

Ingredients
- 1 lb, skin-on chicken thighs
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp fresh, chopped dill
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1/2, sliced lemon
- 2 cloves, minced garlic
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat chicken thighs dry, rub with 1 tbsp olive oil, and season with 1/4 tsp salt.
- Step 2: Arrange chicken skin-side up on a baking sheet. Scatter 1 cup cherry tomatoes and 2 minced garlic cloves around the chicken.
- Step 3: Bake for 25 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C) and tomatoes burst. Remove, top with 2 tbsp fresh dill and lemon slices, and let rest 5 minutes before serving.
