Garlic-Ginger Beef Stir-Fry with Broccoli

- 1 lb, thinly sliced against the grain beef sirloin
- 2 cups, cut into florets broccoli
- 3 cloves, minced garlic
- 1 tbsp, minced ginger
- 2 tbsp avocado oil
- 3 tbsp (sugar-free) soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 tbsp water
Instructions
- Step 1: Whisk together 3 tbsp sugar-free soy sauce, 1 tsp sesame oil, 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes, and 2 tbsp water in a small bowl.
- Step 2: Heat 2 tbsp avocado oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Step 3: Add 1 lb thinly sliced beef and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until browned but not fully cooked.
- Step 4: Add 3 minced garlic cloves and 1 tbsp minced ginger, stirring for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Step 5: Add 2 cups broccoli florets and continue cooking for 6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until broccoli is crisp-tender.
- Step 6: Pour soy sauce mixture over beef and broccoli, stirring until sauce thickens slightly and coats ingredients (about 1 minute).
