- 2 tbsp juice lemon
- 1 tbsp chopped rosemary

- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels and season with 1 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp black pepper.
- Step 2: Whisk together 3 tbsp olive oil, 4 minced garlic cloves, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp chopped rosemary, and 1 tsp dried thyme in a small bowl.
- Step 3: Rub the herb mixture evenly over all chicken thighs, ensuring each piece is coated.
