- 4 cloves, minced garlic

- 1 tbsp dried rosemary
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 bunch, woody ends trimmed asparagus
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 425°F. Place 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs on a baking sheet and season with 1 tbsp dried rosemary, 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper, and 4 minced garlic cloves; drizzle with 1 tbsp olive oil and rub to coat evenly.
- Step 2: Arrange 1 bunch asparagus (woody ends trimmed) around the chicken on the baking sheet. Roast for 25-30 minutes until chicken is golden and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
