  3. Step 3: Add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes until pink and opaque. Add 1 cup snap peas and stir-fry for 2 minutes until crisp-tender.
  4. Step 4: Add cooked rice noodles, 1/4 cup water, 1 tbsp rice vinegar, and 1 tsp sesame oil. Toss until noodles are coated and heated through, about 1 minute. Sprinkle with 1 tbsp chopped green onions and serve immediately.
