  1. Step 1: Whisk 3 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp rice vinegar, 1 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp grated fresh ginger, and 1 minced garlic clove in a small bowl until combined.
  2. Step 2: Heat 2 tbsp sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Place 4 salmon fillets skin-side down and cook for 4 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Step 3: Flip salmon and spoon half the sauce mixture over the top. Add 2 chopped bok choy stems and cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Step 4: Add 1 chopped bok choy head and remaining sauce, then cook for 3 minutes until bok choy is tender-crisp and salmon reaches 145°F internal temperature.
