- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 (zested and juiced) lemon
- 2 tbsp, chopped fresh dill
- 1 clove, minced garlic
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place salmon fillets on a parchment-lined baking sheet, skin-side down.
- Step 2: In a small bowl, whisk together 2 tbsp olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, 2 tbsp fresh dill, 1 minced garlic clove, 1/4 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp black pepper. Rub evenly over both sides of the salmon.
- Step 3: Bake for 12-15 minutes until salmon is opaque and flakes easily with a fork, checking at 12 minutes for doneness.
