Honey-Sesame Glazed Salmon with Snap Peas

  1. Step 1: Pat salmon dry and season with 1/4 tsp salt and 1/8 tsp black pepper on both sides.
  2. Step 2: Whisk together 1 tbsp sesame oil, 2 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp rice vinegar, and 1 minced garlic clove in a small bowl.
  3. Step 3: Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add salmon skin-side down and cook for 5 minutes until skin is crisp and golden.
  4. Step 4: Flip salmon and spoon 1/4 of the honey-sesame glaze over top. Cook for 3-4 minutes more until salmon reaches 125°F internal temperature.
  5. Step 5: Remove salmon from skillet and keep warm. Add trimmed snap peas to the skillet and cook for 3 minutes until bright green and crisp-tender.
  6. Step 6: Stir remaining glaze into the skillet with snap peas, cooking for 1 minute until slightly thickened. Pour over salmon and sprinkle with 1 tsp sesame seeds and 2 tbsp sliced green onions. Serve immediately.
