  1. Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
  2. Step 2: Place salmon fillets skin-side down on the sheet pan. Drizzle with 2 tbsp olive oil, then top with 1/2 lemon slices, minced garlic, 1 tbsp dill, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Step 3: Arrange cherry tomatoes around the salmon, drizzle with remaining 1 tbsp olive oil, and scatter remaining 1 tbsp dill over everything.
  4. Step 4: Bake for 12-15 minutes until salmon flakes easily with a fork and tomatoes are slightly burst.
  5. Step 5: Garnish with remaining lemon slices before serving.
