Lemon-Dill Sheet Pan Salmon with Cherry Tomatoes

Ingredients
- 4 (6 oz each) salmon fillets
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1, thinly sliced lemon
- 2 tbsp, chopped fresh dill
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 2 cloves, minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
- Step 2: Place salmon fillets skin-side down on the sheet pan. Drizzle with 2 tbsp olive oil, then top with 1/2 lemon slices, minced garlic, 1 tbsp dill, salt, and black pepper.
- Step 3: Arrange cherry tomatoes around the salmon, drizzle with remaining 1 tbsp olive oil, and scatter remaining 1 tbsp dill over everything.
- Step 4: Bake for 12-15 minutes until salmon flakes easily with a fork and tomatoes are slightly burst.
- Step 5: Garnish with remaining lemon slices before serving.
