  1. Step 1: Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C). Pat salmon fillets dry and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  2. Step 2: Drizzle each fillet with 1 tbsp olive oil, then season with 1/4 tsp salt and 1/8 tsp black pepper.
  3. Step 3: Slice the lemon into thin rounds and arrange evenly over the salmon. Sprinkle 2 tbsp fresh dill over the top.
  4. Step 4: Bake for 20 minutes, or until the salmon is opaque and flakes easily with a fork (internal temperature 125°F/52°C).
  5. Step 5: Remove from oven and let rest 5 minutes before serving to allow juices to redistribute.
