Maple-Bourbon Bread Pudding with Caramel Drizzle

- 4 cups, cubed brioche bread
- 1.5 cups whole milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
- 2 tbsp bourbon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F. In a large bowl, whisk 3 large eggs, 1.5 cups whole milk, 1 cup heavy cream, 1/2 cup pure maple syrup, 2 tbsp bourbon, and 1 tsp vanilla extract until smooth.
- Step 2: Add 4 cups cubed brioche to the bowl and toss gently until all bread is coated. Press down evenly in a greased 8x8-inch baking dish.
- Step 3: Bake for 45-50 minutes until the center is set and a knife inserted comes out clean. Let rest for 10 minutes.
- Step 4: Drizzle 1/4 cup caramel sauce over the warm pudding before serving.
