One-Pan Ginger-Sesame Beef Stir-Fry
A quick, aromatic stir-fry with flank steak, bell peppers, and a ginger-sesame glaze for a satisfying weeknight meal.

Ingredients
- 12 oz, thinly sliced flank steak
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp coconut aminos
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp, minced fresh ginger
- 2, minced garlic cloves
- 1, thinly sliced red bell pepper
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- Step 1: Heat 1 tbsp sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 12 oz flank steak, thinly sliced, and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned on all sides. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- Step 2: Add 1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced, and 2 garlic cloves, minced, to the skillet. Stir for 30 seconds until fragrant. Add 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced, and 1 cup broccoli florets, stirring for 4-5 minutes until vegetables are crisp-tender.
- Step 3: Return the steak to the skillet. Add 2 tbsp coconut aminos and 1 tbsp rice vinegar, then pour in 1/4 cup water. Stir well and cook for 2 more minutes until sauce thickens slightly and the steak is heated through.
