One-Pan Pasta with Mushrooms and Parmesan

- 12 ounces fettuccine
- 8 ounces, sliced cremini mushrooms
- 2 cloves, minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup, grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Step 1: Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil and 1 tablespoon butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Step 2: Add 8 ounces sliced cremini mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes until golden brown and tender.
- Step 3: Stir in 2 minced garlic cloves and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Step 4: Add 12 ounces fettuccine, 1/4 cup white wine, and 1/2 cup heavy cream to the skillet.
- Step 5: Simmer for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is al dente and sauce thickens slightly.
- Step 6: Remove from heat, stir in 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper until melted.
