  2. Step 2: Add remaining 1 tbsp olive oil, minced garlic, and red pepper flakes to the skillet. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant and golden.
  3. Step 3: Add spiralized zucchini, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Cook for 3-4 minutes until zucchini is tender-crisp, stirring frequently. Season with salt and black pepper.
  4. Step 4: Return shrimp to the skillet, toss to combine, and cook for 1 minute. Stir in fresh parsley and serve immediately.
