Pan-Seared Beef with Rosemary and Garlic

Ingredients
- 4 (6 oz each) beef steak
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves, minced garlic
- 1 tsp, chopped fresh rosemary
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Step 1: Pat beef steaks dry with paper towels and season both sides with 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp black pepper. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Step 2: Sear steaks for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare, then reduce heat to medium. Add 4 minced garlic cloves and 1 tsp chopped rosemary to the skillet, stirring constantly for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Step 3: Remove steaks from skillet and let rest for 5 minutes. Drizzle with the remaining 1 tbsp olive oil and the garlic-rosemary oil from the skillet before serving.
