  2. Step 2: Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook for 6-7 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  3. Step 3: In the same skillet, add 1 tablespoon olive oil, 3 minced garlic cloves, and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant. Add 4 spiralized zucchini (medium) and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
