Pan-Seared Garlic and Dill Salmon
Salmon fillets seared with garlic and fresh dill, finished with a bright lemon herb sauce.

Ingredients
- 4 (6 oz each) salmon fillets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves, minced garlic
- 2 tbsp, chopped fresh dill
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1, sliced lemon
Instructions
- Step 1: Pat 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each) dry with paper towels. Season both sides with 1/4 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp black pepper.
- Step 2: Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Place salmon skin-side down and cook for 4 minutes until skin is crisp. Flip and cook 3 more minutes until salmon is opaque and flakes easily.
- Step 3: Remove salmon from skillet. Add 3 cloves minced garlic to the skillet and cook 30 seconds until fragrant. Stir in 2 tbsp chopped fresh dill and 1 tbsp lemon juice, then spoon over salmon. Garnish with 1 lemon, sliced.
