Pan-Seared Salmon with Avocado and Fresh Dill

Ingredients
- 4 (about 6 oz each) salmon fillets
- 1, sliced avocado
- 2 tbsp, finely chopped dill
- 1, sliced lemon
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Step 1: Pat 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each) dry with paper towels. Season both sides with 1/4 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp black pepper.
- Step 2: Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering. Place salmon skin-side down and cook for 4 minutes without moving.
- Step 3: Flip salmon and cook for 3-4 more minutes until internal temperature reaches 125°F (52°C) and skin is crisp.
- Step 4: Transfer salmon to plates, top with 1 sliced avocado and 2 tbsp chopped dill, and serve with lemon slices on the side.
