Pan-Seared Salmon with Dill and Lemon Slices

Ingredients
- 4 (6 oz each) salmon fillets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1, sliced into rounds lemon
- 2 tbsp, chopped fresh dill
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Step 1: Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels, then season both sides with 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp black pepper.
- Step 2: Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering. Place salmon skin-side down and cook undisturbed for 5-6 minutes until skin is crisp and golden.
- Step 3: Flip salmon, add lemon slices on top, and cook 3-4 minutes more until fish flakes easily. Remove from heat and top with 2 tbsp chopped dill.
