Instructions
- Step 1: In a small bowl, whisk together 3 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp sesame oil, 1 tbsp honey, 2 minced garlic cloves, and 1 tsp grated fresh ginger until combined.
- Step 2: Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Season 4 salmon fillets with 1/2 tsp black pepper. Place fillets skin-side down and cook for 5-6 minutes until skin is crisp and golden.
- Step 3: Flip salmon and pour half of the soy glaze over the fillets. Cook an additional 2-3 minutes until salmon is cooked through and glaze thickens slightly, spooning glaze over the salmon as it cooks. Remove salmon and keep warm.
- Step 4: Add remaining 1 tbsp vegetable oil to the skillet and add 4 halved baby bok choy, cut side down. Cook for 3-4 minutes until bok choy is wilted and edges are slightly charred.
- Step 5: Serve salmon over wilted bok choy, drizzled with any remaining glaze, topped with 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds and 2 thinly sliced green onions.
