Pan-Seared Shrimp with Aperol-Lemon Butter

Ingredients
- 12 oz, peeled and deveined shrimp
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp Aperol
- 1/2, juiced lemon
- 1 clove, minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp fresh thyme
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Step 1: Pat shrimp dry, then season with 1/4 tsp salt and 1/8 tsp black pepper. Melt 2 tbsp butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
- Step 2: Add 1 tbsp Aperol, 1/2 lemon juice, 1 minced garlic clove, and 1/2 tsp fresh thyme to the skillet. Simmer for 1 minute until sauce thickens slightly and aromatics are fragrant.
- Step 3: Remove from heat, transfer shrimp to a plate, and spoon sauce over top.
