Quick Pan-Seared Salmon with Lemon and Dill

Ingredients
- 2 (6 oz each) salmon fillets
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2, thinly sliced lemon
- 1 tbsp, chopped fresh dill
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Step 1: Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels and season both sides with 1/2 tsp sea salt and 1/4 tsp black pepper.
- Step 2: Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering (about 1 minute).
- Step 3: Place salmon skin-side down in the skillet and cook for 5-6 minutes without moving, until the skin is crispy and golden. Flip and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Step 4: Remove salmon from the skillet and top with 1/2 lemon slices and 1 tbsp fresh dill. Serve immediately.
