- 12 ounces chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon, chopped fresh rosemary
- 2 cloves, minced garlic
- 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat 12 ounces chicken thighs dry, then season with 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
- Step 2: Heat 1/2 tablespoon olive oil in an ovenproof skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken thighs skin-side down and cook for 5-6 minutes until skin is golden and crispy.
- Step 3: Flip chicken, add 2 tablespoons butter, 2 cloves garlic, minced, and 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary to skillet. Spoon melted butter over chicken.
- Step 4: Transfer skillet to oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F internally and skin is crisp.
