- 3, minced garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp finely chopped fresh rosemary
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Step 1: Pat chicken thighs dry and rub with 2 tbsp olive oil, 3 minced garlic cloves, 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, 1 tsp sea salt, and 1/2 tsp black pepper.
- Step 2: Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat until lightly smoking. Place thighs skin-side down and sear for 6 minutes until golden brown and skin is crisp.
- Step 3: Flip thighs and cook for 8 more minutes, turning occasionally, until internal temperature reaches 165°F and juices run clear.
