Simple Berry Crumble with Oat Topping

- 2 cups (fresh or frozen) mixed berries
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup, chopped walnuts
- 1/4 cup, cold and cubed butter
- 1 tbsp honey
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). In a baking dish, combine 2 cups mixed berries, 1/4 cup granulated sugar, and 1 tbsp cornstarch, stirring until sugar dissolves and berries are evenly coated.
- Step 2: In a separate bowl, mix 1/2 cup rolled oats, 1/4 cup all-purpose flour, 1/4 cup chopped walnuts, and 1/4 cup cold cubed butter using a fork until crumbly. Sprinkle the mixture evenly over the berries.
- Step 3: Bake for 35-40 minutes, until the topping is golden brown and berries are bubbling around the edges. Drizzle with 1 tbsp honey before serving.
