Slow Cooked Herb-Infused Meatloaf

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup minced onion
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a 9x5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
- Step 2: In a large bowl, combine 1 lb ground beef, 1/2 cup breadcrumbs, 1/4 cup milk, 1/4 cup minced onion, 2 tbsp fresh parsley, 1 minced garlic clove, 1 tbsp Dijon mustard, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp black pepper. Mix gently with hands until just combined.
- Step 3: Transfer mixture to the prepared loaf pan, pressing firmly to eliminate air pockets. Smooth the top with a spatula.
- Step 4: Bake for 50-55 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C) and the top is golden brown.
