Soy-Glazed Pork Belly

Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs, cut into 1/2-inch thick slices pork belly
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 clove, minced garlic
- 1 tsp, grated ginger
- 1/4 cup, sliced green onions
- 4 cups cooked rice
Instructions
- Step 1: Whisk together 1/4 cup soy sauce, 2 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp rice vinegar, 1 tbsp sesame oil, 1 minced garlic clove, and 1 tsp grated ginger in a small bowl.
- Step 2: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 1.5 lbs pork belly slices and cook for 5-6 minutes per side until browned and crispy, flipping once.
- Step 3: Pour the soy glaze mixture over the pork belly, reduce heat to medium, and simmer for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until sauce thickens and coats the pork.
- Step 4: Garnish with 1/4 cup sliced green onions and serve immediately over 4 cups cooked rice.
