- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger

- 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
Instructions
- Step 1: Press 14 oz extra-firm tofu for 15 minutes to remove excess water, then cut into 1-inch cubes. Whisk together 3 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp rice vinegar, 1 tbsp maple syrup, and 1 tbsp minced fresh ginger in a bowl.
- Step 2: Place tofu cubes in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush with 1 tsp sesame oil, then coat evenly with the soy sauce mixture.
- Step 3: Bake at 400°F for 20 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and slightly crisp. Sprinkle with 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds and serve immediately.
