- 12 oz beef flank steak
- 1 cup snow peas
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
Instructions
- Step 1: Whisk 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp rice vinegar, 1 tsp sesame oil, 1 tsp cornstarch, and 2 tbsp water in a small bowl.
- Step 2: Heat 1 tbsp cooking oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 3 minced garlic cloves and stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Step 3: Add 12 oz thinly sliced beef flank steak and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until browned but still slightly pink.
- Step 4: Add 1 cup trimmed snow peas and stir-fry for 2 minutes until bright green and crisp-tender.
- Step 5: Pour sauce over beef and snow peas, stirring constantly until sauce thickens and coats ingredients, about 1 minute.
