Stir-Fried Chicken and Broccoli with Garlic and Ginger

Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken breast
- 2 cups broccoli
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon ginger
- 2 tablespoons coconut aminos
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Step 1: Cut 1 pound chicken breast into 1-inch cubes. Pat dry, then cook in 1 tablespoon coconut oil over medium-high heat for 5–6 minutes until golden, stirring occasionally. Remove chicken and set aside.
- Step 2: Add 3 minced garlic cloves and 1 tablespoon minced ginger to skillet; stir 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Step 3: Add 2 cups broccoli florets and cook 3–4 minutes until bright green and crisp-tender. Return chicken to skillet, add 2 tablespoons coconut aminos, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 1/8 teaspoon black pepper. Toss 1 minute until sauce thickens and coats ingredients.
