Stir-Fried Ground Beef with Broccoli and Ginger

Ingredients
- 12 oz Ground beef, lean (95% lean)
- 2 cups Broccoli florets
- 1 tbsp, grated Fresh ginger
- 3, minced Garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp Coconut aminos
- 2 tbsp Avocado oil
- 3 cups Cauliflower rice
- 1/4 tsp Red pepper flakes

Instructions
- Step 1: Heat 1 tbsp avocado oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering. Add 12 oz ground beef, breaking it into small pieces with a spatula, and cook for 5-6 minutes until browned and no longer pink, then drain excess fat.
- Step 2: Add 2 cups broccoli florets, 1 tbsp grated ginger, and 3 minced garlic cloves to the skillet. Stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until broccoli is crisp-tender and garlic is fragrant.
- Step 3: Stir in 2 tbsp coconut aminos and 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes, then add 3 cups cauliflower rice. Season with salt to taste and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring frequently, until rice is heated through and sauce thickens slightly.
