  1. Step 1: Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add tofu cubes and cook for 5-6 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown and crispy on all sides; remove and set aside.
  2. Step 2: Add remaining 1 tbsp vegetable oil to skillet. Add bell pepper slices and broccoli florets, stir-frying for 3-4 minutes until crisp-tender. Add minced garlic and ginger, cooking for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Step 3: Return tofu to skillet. Stir in hoisin sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and cornstarch mixed with 1 tbsp water. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly, until sauce thickens and coats tofu and vegetables. Sprinkle with sliced green onions.
