- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Step 1: Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 1/2 cup diced onion and cook for 3 minutes until softened and translucent.
- Step 2: Add 3 minced garlic cloves and 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes, stirring for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Step 3: Add 1 lb ground beef and 1/2 tsp salt, breaking it up with a spoon. Cook for 5-6 minutes until browned and no longer pink, then drain any excess fat.
- Step 4: Stir in 2 tbsp coconut aminos, 1 tbsp lime juice, and 2 cups broccoli florets. Cook for 5-6 minutes until broccoli is tender-crisp.
