Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 425°F. Peel and cut 2 large sweet potatoes into 1/4-inch thick sticks. Toss with 1 tbsp olive oil, 1/4 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp garlic powder on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Step 2: Roast for 20 minutes, flipping halfway, until edges are crisp and potatoes are tender when pierced with a fork.
- Step 3: Whisk 2 tbsp tahini with 1/2 tsp smoked paprika and 1/4 tsp garlic powder until smooth. Drizzle over hot fries while still on the baking sheet.
